For every specific moment, those people, those objects, those smell, those atmosphere and those touch, just can stay in that specific point of time. Anyone ever get back a specific moment from the hands of time? What really stays is the memory, sometimes clear, sometimes vague, being transformed or even rewritten.  

“Heat-transfer-print” as a printing technology, it transfers images from the heat-transfer-print on different materials through heat. After transferring the images, leftover images in brownish tone stay on the original heat-transfer-print paper. These leftover images are so unstable, it can be dissolved by water.

Those leftover images just like memories, so intense yet unstable. Painting with water on it, like how we intentionally or unintentionally, transform our memories.

These people in the photos are very significant for me. Memories with them are intense, treasurable, lovely and sometimes hurtful. When I look at those photos, I remember some of them, yet some I have totally no recall. I build up my perception, or even memories of these people from those pictures.

How do we remember, or not remember?How I will go through with them, whose were being with me in the photos?As a human being, how capable am I, to keep, to understand, to take the ownership of my own memories?

在每個當下，那特定的事情、人物和氣氛，都只印在時間的河流裏。不可尋回，我覺得神也決定好，時間就不可以回流半秒。記憶卻留在。有時模糊、有時清晰，可能刻意被忘記、被銘記，有意無意的改造或重塑。

「熱轉印」是一種印刷技術。把圖案印在轉印紙，然後透過熱力，把圖案從轉印紙移印到特定物料上。過後，被用過的轉印紙留下了模糊、啡褐色的影像。這留下的影像並不穩定，遇到水就會被抺開來。這留下的影像是記憶。不實在，卻深刻。會有意無意的被改造或重塑。這些轉印過後留下的影像，是有關幾位我所看重的人的記憶。有些片段我略有印象，有些我無法記起，有些我其實不在場，相片卻建造了我對那事的記憶。於這些影像上繪畫，我進出於和他們的關係，以及那些小小的個人歷史。

腦海裏留下甚麼，留不下甚麼是如何一回事？我願意以甚麼形式，於未來看待照片中這些從前的人？作為一個人，我又有多少能力去引領自己，去建立、重塑這些記憶的內容、形式和質感？
